  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Represent a legitimate business entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ringix services to:

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing plans are listed on our website. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ringix services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ringix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ringix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Ringix services complies with all applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations, TCPA, GDPR, and other privacy laws. We are not responsible for your compliance failures.
